A New Hotel Opens Every Four Days In China

Beijing, August 15: A new international hotel in China comes every four days, so it is one of the fastest growing hotel markets in the world, says research.

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Survey said that from 2010 to 2013, at least 360 new hotel brand worldwide have opened in the country, says the Shanghai Morning Post.

He said that due to rapid urbanization and property development in China, a large number of hotels "may appear in a short period of time.

This increase has led to increased competition, the document says.

The increase in business in China also contributed to the success of the hotel market in 2010 and the first half of 2011.
